Lets dive right in:

Find Your Flow

I am fascinated by the idea that to live in Peace, we must live in our flow. See the diagram below from

Our flow is the place where we feel slightly challenged, where are doing things that we can actually achieve at this stage of our life (not to say this won’t shift as we learn and progress, the graph is always relative to you and your circumstances).

In the place of flow we are able to celebrate our successes, learn from our mistakes and feel improved self confidence and happiness. Flow can be found in every aspect of life, career, family, fitness, nutrition, the list is endless.

The Challenge

Today I challenge you to assess one aspect of your life and whether it is in flow and creating happiness and joy in your life. Every day I challenge you to reflect on an area of your life that may be improved by finding flow. It might be an idea to allocate an area of your life to each day of the week over a 2 or 4 week cycle. In this way we can constantly reflect on every area of of our life. Ensuring we are in the right place for us and our flow. It takes 28 days to form a habit, maybe incorporate this reflection with your daily gratitude or positive moment journaling so that it becomes part of your routine.

If you love Instagram, share what yo are reflecting on and how you are finding your flow today. Tag us @_mindbodylife with the hashtag #healthymindpowerweek so we can share in your happiness journey.
