Lauren registered and trained as a yoga teacher at the Yoga London School, UK – 200RYT. At HEALTHY MindBodyLife we specialise in Vinyasa Flow and Prenatal yoga.
Due to the Covid-19 situation, all our Community classes have moved online. We believe that self care and mental health are more important than ever, so we are teaching our classes for free with a no obligation donation option via paypal to email@example.com.

Get use to the flow of a class if you are new to yoga, or deepen your practice if you are experienced already. Our private one to one or small group sessions can take place online at your chosen time.
